Free Size Exchange — 7 Days

Wrong size? We exchange it free of charge within 7 days of delivery, provided the jersey is:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free of perfume, smoke, or stains
• With all tags and original packaging

How to Exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1989-959092 with your order number and the size you need.
2. We confirm availability and arrange pickup or drop-off.
3. The replacement ships as soon as we receive and check the original. One free exchange per item; courier costs for additional exchanges are borne by the customer.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective jersey or a different item than ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace it at our cost — including customized jerseys — or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Jerseys with custom name/number printing (unless defective or our error)
• Items worn, washed, or without tags
• Items reported after the 7-day window

Refunds

Refunds apply to cancelled prepaid orders and confirmed defects where no replacement is available. bKash refunds are sent to the sending number within 3 working days of approval; bank refunds within 5 working days. COD orders refused at the door incur no charge.
